To save a stamp(tube), LEFT click it with your mouse and choose SAVE THIS FILE TO DISK.
Once downloaded you will need to unzip it into your "\Paint Shop Pro XX\Tubes" directory.
If the tube is not showing inside your Tube Palette you will need to Export it, to do this just go to FILE/ EXPORT/ Tubes.
Inside of the pop-up give your tube a name, and you are done!.
