Today we are going to make a background av.
In this lesson you will need the fonts: Step One:Go to File on top menu bar>click on new>open a new image 102pixels wide x 116 pixels high colour white and click OK. Step Two:Go to Layers>New Raster Layer>OK.Click on View>Zoom In>do this 3 times as it makes your image easier to work with.
Step Three: (a) On left menu select your flood fill tool. Step Four:Now go back to your new image and holding mouse in centre>Left click once.
Step Five:Go to Effects>Geometric Effects>Twirl>180deg>OK.
Then go to Effects>Blur>Motion Blur>Direction=315;Intensity=8>OK.
Step Seven:Select Erasor Tool and use the following settings
Then go to your Materials Pallette and Click on Styles-Foreground colour>in HTML code put #A6B1D2>Styles-background colour=Null Then go to Tool Pallette and use following settings Shape=Round;Size=45;Hardness=0;Opacity=29;Step=25;Density=100 And Select Colour to Target from pulldown menu. Now colour a small section at top and bottom of the twirl.
Step Nine:Go to Layers>Duplicate.
Kerning & Leading=0;Stroke=Nul;Fill=HTML Code #9D9B9B Floating & Antialias Checked and type in the poem Roses are red, Violets are Blue Sugar is sweet And so are you. Place it centred against left side of image>Selections>select none.
Step Eleven:Select your Text tool>size=14;fill colour=#808080 and make a row of dots ( about
2/3 the width of av>Click OK>
Step Twelve:Change Text tool settings to font=gautami;size=24;stroke=#404040;
Step Thirteen:Select Draw tool from left menu>go to tool pallette>settings as follows -
Step Fourteen:Change Text tool Settings>font=Ariel Narrow;Size=12;all else as before
Add Your own little bit of magic to personalise you new background. Time to go play and experiment with the things you have learned today....Have fun making some great Personal Backgrounds....woven
