Step One:Save either the male or the female image and the background then open in PSP and increase it's colour depth to 16mill.

Step Two:Go to File on top menu bar>click on new>open a new image 102pixels wide x 116 pixels high colour white and click OK.

Step Three:Click on the male or female image you chose to work with and copy it - Edit>Copy then click on the new plain white background and Edit>Paste as New Layer.

Step Four:Select your erasor tool and use following settings - Shape=Round;Hardness=0; Opacity=50;Step=25;Density=100 you will need to vary size according to where you are erasing but use 9 as a starting point. and erase the old background from around your person.

Step Five:Click on Layers>New Raster Layer>OK.

Step Six:Select your Preset Shapes Tool from Left Menu and going to Tool Options Pallette and use the following settings - Shape=Rectangle;Line width=1;Line style= straightline;check Retain style and antialias;uncheck=create as vector.Now make a rectangle on bottom right of your image so that it looks like a box they are sitting on

Choose Magic wand tool from left menu and click inside the box you just made (This will put squiggly lines inside of it.) - Click on Selections on top toolbar>Modify>Expand>1pixel (This will make sure that the image or colour you place in the selection goes right to the edge and does not leave a 1pixel white line inside of it.) - Then Click on the original image - Edit>Copy - Go back to new image - Edit>Paste>Into selection. - Click on Selections>Select None. - Go to Layer Pallete and click on Layer1 and holding down mouse button drag this layer so that it is above Layer2.

Step Seven:Go to the background image and click on it - Edit>Copy then go back to your image you are creating and click on it to make it active again and then Go to Layer Pallette and click on the background layer of your new image then Edit> Paste as New Layer>OK. This will place your new background behind your new work.

Step Eight:Go Layers>Merge>Merge all. - Then Layers>New Raster Layer>OK.

Step Nine:Then Select your Text tool from the Left menu - And using a large size and the font of your choice place the first letter of your name in the middle square of background.

Then using a smaller squarer font writeyour first name and place in top lefthand quarter of your creation. - When satisfied Go to Layers>Merge>Merge all.

Add Your own little bit of magic if you wish to.

Time to go play and experiment with the things you have learned today....Have fun....woven
