In this lesson you will need the fonts:
Micro &Forgotten Futuristic College

Step One: Open your files and change them to 16 mil colors (Colors > Increase 16mill).

Step Two: Choose either the male or female av as main image

Step Three: Click on the Selection tool on Left Menu , then go tool your Tool Options Pallette and use the following settings ( Selection type - ELIPSE Feather - 26 and CHECK the antialias box) and make a selection as per image below

Step Four: Edit > Copy this selection. Step Five: Make the Background image active and Edit > paste the selection onto the background

Step Six: Click on your erasor tool on Left Menu, then go to tool options Pallette and use the following settings ( Shape - ROUND; Size - 32; Hardness - 0; Opacity - 30; Step - 25; Density - 100; build up box - CHECKED) and erase some of the background from the person's face. When happy with the result Go to Layers>Merge>Merge All>Layers>Duplicate

Step Seven: Go to top menu and click on Effects>Noise>Salt & Pepper Filter and use the following settings ( Size - 3 ; Sensitivity - 4 and the 2 boxes both - UNCHECKED Click on OK.)

Step Eight: Using Erasor tool and same settings as before just erase over their face. Then go to Layers>Merge>Merge All.

Step Eight: Go to Layers>New Raster Layer> Click OK

Step Nine: On left menu bar click on your Text Tool (Keyboard Shortcut = T) and use the following settings ( font - MICRO;size - 11; kerning & leading - 0; style/stroke - NULL; style/fill -Html code #404040; texture - both NULL; floating and anialias - Both CHECKED>Type your name and then Click OK.) and while the squiggly lines still around the letters move your name across to bottom left corner.

Step Ten: On Left menu click on the Draw tool and use the following settings ( Type - Single Line; width - 1; style - LINE; antialias, Close Path and vector CHECKED: Materials Style/stroke - RED; style/fill - NULL) Go to image and start at bottom in middleleft click and drag line up to the small square ontop rigt and let button go, then right click at same point

Step Eleven: On left menu click on bottom icon (object selector)>then go to Tool Options Pallette and click on Node Edit - the selection on your image will then look like this

Now right click on the bottom node (wee square at end of line)>Node Type>Curve After and then just up from the bottom node you will see a arrowhead, when you hold your mouse over this it will show up 2arrows in a circle, click at this point and holding button down drag across to right and down till you line shows a nice curve>let button go.

Step Twelve: Make New Raster Layer>Click on Text Tool and then left click on the curved line near the bottom end of it and using the font Forgotten Futuristic College; Size - 24 add your name. You may have to play with size or/and letter spacing to get name to fit, or use a font of your choice.Click OK.

Step Twelve: Click on Deformation Tool on lefthand Menu and either holding down ctrl key to adjust 2 corner nodes at same time, or the shift key to adjust 1 at a time, move text around a bit so looks larger at bottom and smaller into the distance at the top. When happy click off of the deformation toolonto something else.Then move it slightly using Move Tool till happy where it is sitting. Click on Layers Pallette and select the vector layer that has the curved line on it and delete this layer.

Step Thirten: Click on Layers Pallette and select the layer with this curved text on it and change the Mode from Normal to Burn Click on Layers>Merge>Merge All.
