3. Color Hair. Go To Color To Target...Shape Round. Settings Are:
Size 4, Hardness 74, Opacity 11, Step 31, Density 100.
Use A Light Yellow Color. I Used R249 G231 B204.

4. Color Eyelids, Cheeks And Lips. Cheeks - Color To Target...Size 15. Use Color R199 G139 B139.
Lips - Color To Target...Size 3. Use Same Color As Cheeks.
Eyelids - Color To Target...Same Size Using Color R245 G205 B146.
Touch Up White Of The Eyes And Teeth With Color To Target White..Size 2.

5. Go To Bg1b. Using Your Selection Tool - Ellipse, Feather - 30,
Capture Center Swirl Only*
Copy And Paste As New Layer On Bg1a.
Move It Down. Erase Stripes Slightly.
Go Back To Bg1b. Take Selection Tool Again And Select Upper Left Hand Corner Pattern.
Copy And Paste As New Layer On Bg1a. Move To Upper Left Hand Corner And Erase
Most Of White Surrounding. Go Up To Layer Pallete And Reduce To 78%.

6. With Your Selection Tool, Copy Girl's Face And Paste As New Layer On Bg1a.
Erase Around Neck And Chin. Merge Layers.

7. Go To Effect...Plugin Filters...Flaming Pear...Aetherize.
Settings Are: Blur 57, Hues 100, Colorize 51, Haze 0, Dreaminess 7, Glue - Screen.
Click Ok.

8. Then Go To Effects...Enhance Photo...Automatic Color Balance.
Settings Are: Strength 5, Temperature 4453. Click Ok.

9. Go To Effects...Enhance Photo...Automatic Contrast Enhancement.
Settings Are: Bias-Lighter, Strength-Mild, Appearance-Natural. Click Ok.

10. Retouch Lip Color And Add Color To Eyes.
I Used Color R:168 G:84 B:0.

11. Add New Raster Layer. Add Text. I Used Color R253 G245 B224. Font Aquiline, (or your fave font of choice)
Size 18 And Turn On Bold. Set To Layer.

12. Go To Effects...3d Effects...Drop Shadow.
Settings Are: Vertical 1, Horizontal -1, Opacity 80, Blur 74, Color Black.
Do Two Times. Go To Layer Pallette And Reduce To 87%. Merge Layers.

13. Add Your Own Bit Of Magic And Viola' You Are Done!
