1. Increase them both to 16 mil colors.(shift + Ctrl + 0)

2. Take your Selection Tool and grab the inner part of the male face with settings: Ellipse and Feather 30.

3. Copy and Paste as New Layer onto your bg.

4. Now lower your layer opacity to about 80%.

5. With your Eraser Tool Size 21, Opacity 50, Step 25, Density 100. Click to erase parts of the face so the gold lines of the bg show through.

6. Try to keep just enough of the eyes, nose and lips so you can still see the face. When satisfied, bring your layer opacity back up to 100%. Merge layers.

7. You may want to lighten your painting, so go to Colors...Adjust...Brightness-Contrast. Settings are: Brightness 23, %contrast 11. Click ok.

8. Now go to your Flaming Pear Glare with settings: Diameter 117, Cutoff 50, Brightness 47, Gamma 77, Saturation -174, Glue Normal. Click ok.

9. Go to your Selection Tool...Color to Target and with the color R194 G164 B132, and settings: Size 3, Hardness 74, Opacity 10, Step 31, Density 100. Color the beads coming out of his mouth.

10. Add a New Raster Layer. With Font 911 Porscha, size 11 and color R223 G232 B237 add your name.

11. Before you set your font down, go to Image and Rotate 90 degrees to the right.

12. With your font still floating, go to Effects...3D Effects...Inner Bevel. Settings are: Bevel - rounded edge, Width 5, Smoothness 0, Depth 20, Ambience -46, Shininess 79, color white, Angle 0, Intensity 42, and Elevation 30. Click ok.

13. Now you can set down your font over to the left hand side.

14. Put a black Drop Shadow on it now with settings: Vertical and Horizontal at 1, Opacity 100%, Blur 3.7. Click ok. Lower layer opacity to 50%.

15. Add another New Raster Layer and with same color add your name again with font Bon Jovi, size 11, all small caps.

16. Add a Drop Shadow with same settings as you did on your first name and then repeat another Drop Shadow only changing the Horizontal to a -1. Lower layer opacity to 40%. Merge layers.

17. Now go to your Effects...Photo Enhance....Automatic Color Balance. Settings are: Strength 9, Remove Color Cast clicked on, Temperature 6259. Click ok.

18. When satisfied with results....add your own bit of magic...

And Voila' you are done!!!
