1. Increase them both to 16 mil colors.(shift + Ctrl + 0)

2. Go to Edit...Copy the bg and then paste the bg as a New Layer over the face.

3. Lower your layer opacity to 50% so you can see the face thru it.

4. Take your Eraser Tool with settings: Size 31, Hardness 0, Opacity 29, Step 25, Density 100.

5. Erase her eyes, nose and mouth areas, but keep as much of the bg detail intact as you can.

6. Now go to your Tool options and select your Smudge Tool. Settings are: Size 21, Hardness 0, Opacity 75, Step 25, Density 100.

7. Set your smudge down on her cheek and pull up the white area following the curve already there.

8. Do another smudge down her nose. And another slight one across her eyebrow moving right to left. And another up the side of her nose. Merge layers.

9. Go to Graphics Plus and apply Old Photo.

10. Go to your Aetherize, settings are: Blur 66, Hues 52, Colorize 152, Haze 0, Dreaminess 33, Glue Normal. Click ok.

11. Using your Color to Target tool, settings are: Size 14, Hardness 74, Opacity 14, Step 31, Density 100. Color R184 G130 B189. Color her eyelids and eyebrow area.

12. Change the size setting now to 6 and with the same color, colorize her lower eyelid.

13. Now with color R9 G123 B95 and tool settings: Size 5, Hardness 74, Opacity 7, Step 31, Density 100. Colorize her eye.

14. Change your color now to R245 G203 B199 and tap your color over her lips until you are satisfied with the coloring.

15. Add a New Raster Layer. With color Black, add your name with the font Micro, size 11. Stroke Off. Set it down in the cheek area.

16. Go to Effects...3D Effects...Drop Shadow. Color white, settings are: Vertical and Horizontal set at 1, Opacity 75, Blur 2.5. Click ok.

17. Lower your layer opacity to about 75%.

18. Add another Raster Layer. Now with color white and font Scriptina, size 18, Add in small caps your first initial. Go to Image and Rotate right 90 degrees. Set this down over to the left of her eye.

19. Repeat another initial and rotation and set it down in the blue area to the right of her lips. Lower your layer opacity to 90%. Merge layers.

20. When satisfied with results....add your own bit of magic...

And Voila' you are done!!!
