2. Ok now take the girl and go to Colors > Colorize, your settings are:
Hue: 18 | Saturation: 38 | Click OK to appy the effect

3. Now with change your foreground color to
RGB: R114 G170 B185 | #72AAB9
Set your Retouch tool to :
Mode: Color To Target | Size 5 | Hardness: 0 | Opacity: 20 | Step 31 | Density100
and dabble her eyes till perfect color is achieved

4. Ok same with lips..Color to Target I used color.. #EC9DA6 (R236 G157 B166), with the same settings as before, Color to Target till coverage is to your satisfaction.

5. Now with the Retouch tool, change your mode to Lightness Up your settings are:
White for color | Size 35 | Hardness 0 | Opacity 100 | Step 25 | Density 100
Now take and just blot her face till it becomes somewhet lighter going around the eyelids, lips, chin, forehead to lighten her in some areas, BUT leaving nose, eyes, and mouth untouched.

6. Next I used the Selection Toolyour settings are:
Slection Type: Ellipse | Feather 1 | Antialias:Checked
Draw a selection around her, I started in the left hand corner and pulled down just below her chin.

7. Ok now copy and paste her onto the background As a New Layer

Ok now take your eraser and begin to erase parts of her face till only her eyes, lips, nose, and eyebrows are left. Settings are:
Size 43 | hardness 25 | Opacity 50 | Step 25 | Density 100. You can reduce eraser size to get into tight areas. Once satisfied with results go to Layer Pallette and reduce the opacity of Layer 1 to 86 and merge layers (Layers > Merge > Merge All).

8. Ok now add name and your own bit of magic
In mine I used Font..Champignon...any nice font will do size 24 depending on font I used the color #F0B4B6...on mine..placed in lower left area..then go to
Effects 3D > Drop Shadow Settings
Vertical: 1 & Horizontal 1..Color Black...Opacity 50..Blur. 1.5 ..click Ok
Go back and drop shadow once again.Now go to..Effects..Blur.. Glaussin Blur..Radius 0.45 Once thats done..Volia your done!... I hope you enjoyed this lesson I know I did...
