Open up the image in PSP,
Since she is already a "JPG" we will not need to increase her color depth, just as if you had just scanned it.
Now go up and click on your SELECTION tool.
Go over to the part that you wish to become the TOP LEFT of your mega , click on it and pull down and to the right.
Do this until you have the parts of her that you want to show, and on the bottom of your PSP screen the fourth parenthesis reads ".879*** " or a number close to it ( ie: .88* or .87*) as close as you can get it.
".879" is the WIDTH to HEIGTH ratio of a mega, and the closer you are to it, the less distorted your mega will be.
If you want to create an AV it's ratio is ".75"
Once you have it, let go of your right click.
Once you have this, go up and click on the COPY button.
and then click on the PASTE AS A NEW IMAGE button.
This will give you the image by itself.
Now go up to IMAGE > RESIZE, and inside that window place your Width and Height, 102 x 116, which is the size of a mega.
Click on OK,
If your image is blurry, the only thing you may have to do will be be to sharpen.To do this just go up to IMAGE > SHARPEN.
and VOILA' You are done!
